How to Connect Google Business Profile to Gemini: Step-by-Step Guide

Google offers a direct Google Business Profile connection in the Gemini web app. Availability is rolling out gradually. Before you begin, check the eligibility rules below.

Before you connect

• Be at least 18 and an owner or manager of only one verified Business Profile.
• Use a personal Google Account associated with that profile; work or school accounts are not currently supported for this feature.
• Turn on Gemini’s Keep Activity setting.
• Use gemini.google.com. Google currently lists supported languages including English and Hindi, and excludes the European Economic Area and United Kingdom.

Connect your profile

1. Open the Gemini web app and sign in with the same personal Google Account that manages the verified Business Profile.
2. Ask: “Show me the contact information on my Google Business Profile.” If Gemini does not select the right app, include @Google Business Profile in your prompt.
3. When Gemini offers to connect Google Business Profile, follow the on-screen instructions.
4. Review the information it returns against your live listing. You can later manage the connection under Gemini’s Connected Apps settings.

What can you do afterward?

Google says Gemini can help inspect and change hours, contact information and action links; draft review replies; create profile posts; summarise reviews; and examine performance metrics and search keywords. Check facts, offers and public wording before publishing. Some actions and profile attributes depend on the business category.

Why is the option missing?

Check that the profile is verified, the account matches its owner or manager, Keep Activity is enabled, and that you manage only one verified profile. Try the web app with an English or Hindi prompt containing @Google Business Profile. The feature may still be unavailable during gradual rollout; managing multiple verified profiles is currently an explicit exclusion.
